Design and selections depend on the project scope. Engineering, permitting and material procurement are separate parts of preparation, and cabinetry or specialty finishes can extend the time before construction. We schedule builds several months ahead and confirm dates around approvals and deliveries. If your timing is urgent, tell us and we will be straight about whether we can meet it.
Generally, no. Our work is focused on complete transformations: full kitchens, full bathrooms, additions and multi-room renovations. We do not take on handyman work, small repairs, decks or outdoor living projects.
