Why homeowners choose us
We would rather hand you something verifiable than a wall of five-star graphics.
License CBC1269080. That classification permits structural work on residential buildings, which is why beams, permits and inspections stay in-house rather than being subcontracted. You can confirm the license yourself.
General liability and workers’ compensation carried on every job. Certificates are provided with your contract, before work starts.
Our founder served in the United States Marine Corps and later as a Florida State Trooper. One of our superintendents served twelve years in the U.S. Air Force.
Warranty documents, manuals and care instructions are handed over as a set at completion, alongside the punch list and the keys.
One person owns your project from demolition to walkthrough. You get their name and their number, and a weekly update whether or not there is news.

Winged Foot Drive · Tallahassee
A 1990s primary bathroom rebuilt around a frameless walk-in shower, with the freestanding tub relocated to the window for afternoon light.
What we do
Most of what decides whether a bathroom lasts twenty years is invisible once it is finished. Which substrate went behind the tile. Whether the shower pan was sloped correctly and flood-tested before anything was set. Where the exhaust fan actually vents.
The visible part is the reason you are renovating: a shower you can walk into without stepping over anything, a vanity with real storage, tile that runs to the ceiling, and lighting that does not make you look ill at seven in the morning.
We do both parts. Curbless entries are built into the floor structure rather than ramped over it, and every fan is sized to the room and confirmed to terminate outside the building.

Why Pristine
Structural work, mechanical trades and finish carpentry sit under a single Florida State Certified Building Contractor license and a single contract. There is no point in the project where responsibility changes hands.
One named superintendent owns your job from demolition to walkthrough. You get their name, their number, and a weekly update whether or not there is news.
The schedule is written down before work begins and the price is fixed against a defined scope. Every change order is priced and approved in writing before a tool is picked up.
Before & after

A corner garden tub with a shower stall barely large enough to turn around in. The room is the same size. It reads twice as large.

How it works
We look at the room and check what you cannot see: where the plumbing runs, where the fan vents, whether the floor is sound.
Tile layout, vanity sizing and lighting at face height, then fittings and stone selected together.
Fixed scope, fixed price, written dates. Permitting and procurement are separate from design and contract review. Specialty tile can take 4 to 8 weeks after ordering. Demolition waits for delivery and required permits.
Demolition, structure, rough-in, waterproofing, flood test, tile, fittings and paint. Inspections at each stage.
Every reveal, every fitting, the fan verified to vent outside. You build the punch list.
What it costs
Most of our bathroom renovations fall between $35,000 and $95,000, depending on whether it is a secondary or primary bathroom, whether fixtures move, and the tile and stone selected.
We publish this because guessing helps nobody.
A guest bath typically runs $35,000 to $55,000. A primary bath runs $65,000+.
Four to eight weeks on site. If it is your only bathroom we will tell you that honestly up front.
Yes. A proper curbless entry is built into the floor structure rather than ramped over it.
Yes. Membrane systems and flood-tested pans are the part that decides whether a bathroom lasts twenty years.
