Why homeowners choose us
We would rather hand you something verifiable than a wall of five-star graphics.
License CBC1269080. That classification permits structural work on residential buildings, which is why beams, permits and inspections stay in-house rather than being subcontracted. You can confirm the license yourself.
General liability and workers’ compensation carried on every job. Certificates are provided with your contract, before work starts.
Our founder served in the United States Marine Corps and later as a Florida State Trooper. One of our superintendents served twelve years in the U.S. Air Force.
Warranty documents, manuals and care instructions are handed over as a set at completion, alongside the punch list and the keys.
One person owns your project from demolition to walkthrough. You get their name and their number, and a weekly update whether or not there is news.
Renovating Florida homes since 2004, with more than four hundred completed spaces. The photographs on this page are all our own work.
What we do
We plan the room around how you move through it, not around where the plumbing happens to be. That one decision drives everything after it: the island, the run of cabinetry, the lighting plan, the storage.
Cabinetry is built or specified to your room’s real dimensions, with interiors organized around what you actually own. Ambient, task and accent lighting run on separate circuits, which is the most underestimated upgrade in any kitchen.
Where a wall has to come out, the engineered beam, the permit, the inspection and the finish carpentry are all ours, under one license.
Thackeray Drive · Tallahassee
The wall between the kitchen and the dining room came out. One flooring material now runs from the entry through every connected space.
Why Pristine
Structural work, mechanical trades and finish carpentry sit under a single Florida State Certified Building Contractor license and a single contract. There is no point in the project where responsibility changes hands.
One named superintendent owns your job from demolition to walkthrough. You get their name, their number, and a weekly update whether or not there is news.
The schedule is written down before work begins and the price is fixed against a defined scope. Every change order is priced and approved in writing before a tool is picked up.

How it works
We walk the room, talk about how you cook, and tell you what is possible and what it costs.
Layout drawings, a cabinetry plan and a lighting plan, then selections in an order that keeps decisions from stacking up.
Fixed scope, fixed price, written dates. Permitting and procurement are separate from design and contract review. Semi-custom cabinetry takes 6 to 10 weeks after ordering; custom cabinetry takes 10 to 16. Demolition waits for delivery and required permits.
Demolition, structure, rough-in, inspection, cabinetry, counters, tile and paint. You cook from a temporary kitchen.
Every drawer, every reveal, every appliance. You build the punch list and we close it out.
What it costs
Most of our kitchen renovations fall within $90,000–$180,000, depending on the size of the room, whether walls move, and the level of cabinetry and appliances.
We publish this because guessing helps nobody.
